About Papodoc

One of our founders, Toby Ackland, is a Medical IT expert with extensive experience in software development, medical transcription service and communication networks. He is also Cofounder and shareholder of RxMx Corporation which has received an international business innovation award for the platform Bloodwatch.

Rovadoc encourages optimal use of valuable Doctors times for home visits. With a medical support team offering triage, assigning doctors who are best suited to treat the patient based on ailment, location proximity and level of urgency.

ZestHealth is a comprehensive app that is deigned to empower the individual. It ensures you are informed about you and your families health in an understandable way; it guarantees your health details are yours alone; and it can guide you to reach the life goals that you want to achieve. ZestHealth is a complete health diary with automatic updates from Doctors’ systems, Pathology Labs, and hospitals. It will allow you to book and change appointments from the app, and remind you of your appointments when they are due. Your exercise, blood pressure, heart rate, sleep, blood glucose, spirometers, ECG and more will be recorded automatically from devices and health centres, as well as entered manually by you. You can track your results to get true insights into your health and envision long term targets. You can chat from your phone or have video consultations direct to a doctor or nurse whenever you need, and even assign a remote personal trainer.

Bloodwatch is being extensively used in Australia, Germany and the USA for the proven safe automated monitoring of Lemtrada (Alemtuzumab) in patients with multiple sclerosis. Alemtuzumab is also known as Campath in the UK in which it is a common treatment used for haematological malignancies.

Engaging with stakeholders utilising similar technologies within the NHS would transform the complex process of the management of shared care medication and make it simple and safer to do so in primary care. Not only is this solution cost effective but removes the barriers clinicians are faced with in demonstrating good governance. The platform would reduce demand on secondary care and workload in primary care. Most importantly it would implement a world class safety culture for patients. In the future in consultation with clinicians, education and world leading behavioral insight experts Papodoc will develop solutions utilizing such technologies to facilitate the monitoring of long-term conditions and implement innovative strategies to improve self-care and recruitment.
